Ok so I need help here. Nova and I swear this guy is from some old LDS film like Singles Ward or something like that. Can you identify this stranger? It is driving us CRAZY! (and yes, I took this picture of him from across the field, and yes, I made my kids pose close by so it wasn't obvious!)
